Try the dead lift without shoes… and stick your bum out. But I’m sure your PT has said the same thing!
Why no shoes?
Something about being grounded, and no cushioning helps keep you balanced
My osteo also recommended Romanian deadlift, also without shoes.
I am so glad you have a good osteo in your corner. I was only able to start seeing one 2.5 years in and she has helped a lot, especially with neck/shoulder stuff and also my balance/vertigo/dizziness. It all helps. ❤️
